Description

The dawn of the 51st Century was in many ways the dawn of a new age for the civilized universe. Unfortunately, it also dawned for the less civilized. The advent of time travel for mortal races opened a new frontier which the criminal element is only too willing to exploit, and heading that movement is Edward Melotrovix. Lhynoarian nobleseed equipped with a Courtesy Human Interface, former politician and one of the premier crime lords of the 51st century, Edward is responsible for numerous atrocities both in and out of the public eye (not the least of which involved aiding the infamous Magnus Greel’s flight from justice, albeit in exchange for prototype “time tech” which later proved faulty). Canny and ruthless in his quest to dominate a black market in time travel, Edward has evaded the Time Agency on numerous occasions and would very likely have succeeded in opening the gates of history to the irresponsible if it had not been for the Doctor. In fact, the Doctor has foiled his plans several times in the past (relatively speaking), and that happens to bother Melotrovix tremendously. He’s not one to forgive and forget, especially since his race is incapable of forgetfulness, and a man has to bear grudges in his line of work or else they risk losing face. So he’s been waiting for his old enemy to resurface, ready to execute his revenge strategy and seize control of the Doctor’s legendary technology. To this end he has enlisted the aid of the cosmic enforcer known as The Ultimate Thug.

Fantastic concept. I love love love it.
Nobleseed is possibly my new favorite word of the month.

The tentacles don't look like they support his weight properly, does he have hover technology imbedded in himself or something?
